at the Gasthof Anich
At the Gasthof Anich in the centre of the mountain village of Natz in South Tyrol, you may choose from 17 double rooms and superior rooms for up to three persons, all comfortably furnished, available all year round. All accommodations in our guesthouse feature a private bathroom with shower, WC, and sink. A TV set is available in all rooms. The Gasthaus Anich also offers an underground car park, ideal for motorbikes, and Wi-Fi access is also available.

Our new Superior Rooms are spacious and furnished with solid wood furniture made of steamed spruce. They include a private bathroom with a WC/bidet, and a shower, TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a desk. The spacious bathrooms feature underfloor heating. Each Superior Room also offers a wonderful balcony

In the morning, we serve you a hearty breakfast with a warm beverage of your choice in our breakfast room. Full of fresh energy, you may then embark on your journey of discovery through the Dolomites, the Eisacktal, or the Gitschberg/Jochtal. Guests who have booked half-board may enjoy our dinner menu consisting of a starter, a main course, fresh salads, and dessert. And then, you may round off the evening in our cozy dining room with a glass of wine. Since our area around Natz/Schabs is known for its apple and wine cultivation, you may look forward to the best products that we offer especially for you!

Included in the room price, you’ll find a special offer for you, which will sweeten your holiday in Natz/Schabs from May to November: With the Guest Card, you may enjoy many advantages during your stay in South Tyrol. For example, with the Guest Card, you may use South Tyrol’s regional public transport for free. You also have free access to nine cable cars in South Tyrol, such as the cable cars in Gitschberg/Jochtal. You can also take part in great leisure activities for the whole family and enjoy discounts at partner businesses such as shops, leisure venues, and cultural attractions.

Prices & Discounts
- Prices are based on a minimum stay of 3 nights per person and night, with 2 persons sharing a room.
- Superior Rooms can be booked only from Saturday to Saturday, minimum occupancy 2 persons.
- For overnight stays we charge an extra fee of 12 € to 25 € per person.
- For single rooms there is a surcharge of 12 to 18 €.
- Third or fourth person in the same room receives a discount of 20% to 30%.
- The Guest Card is included.
- The price includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, garage parking, Wi-Fi, TV, electricity and heating, and all fees and taxes, except for the local tax.
- The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulations in force at the time of your stay in the municipality (January 2024: Euro 2.30 per person and day).
- During the festival “Alpenflair” and Christmas / New Year an extra fee of up to 20% will be charged.
Discounts for children
- Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge.
- Children up to 11.9 years pay only 50%.
Booking
Please note: Your booking becomes binding once you have paid a deposit to secure your booking and received the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Extra fees and payment terms
Deposit: We are happy to receive written bookings via email. The booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit (100 € per week) has been paid.

Payment
Payment: You may pay on-site in cash or with card. In Italy, it is no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding €4,999.99 in cash. However, the following payment methods are permitted: non-transferable checks and bank transfers.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: We kindly ask you to arrive before 7 p.m. If you run late, please let us know.
Departure: On the day of departure, please free your room by 10 a.m. at the latest. Other times are available upon request.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 30 days before your arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellations between the 29th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period will be charged.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to come and enjoy your holiday.
